THE WORKOUT
TIME COMMITMENT
Only 30 minutes, two workouts per week! Using the most efficient training protocol, you will be out the door in 30 minutes. Two workouts per week to keep you fresh and engaged. Your time is valuable. You will be surprised what great results can be achieved in such little time.
EXERCISES
We will complete a full-body workout, focusing on the large musculature of the body. We use a one set per exercise protocol. This allows you to focus on the intensity of each exercise without it getting stale and boring.
ISOMETRICS
Isometrics is pushing and pulling against an immovable object. It is like yoga mixed with strength training. Studies show this is the safest way to increase strength, fortify tendons and ligaments, and build dense muscle fiber. This will serve as your X factor and the most beneficial exercise we do.
HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
Using Nautilus machines and free weights, we will stimulate and fatigue your muscles in the safest manner possible. We move the weight slowly to eliminate momentum. Using only one set per exercise, our emphasis is on the intensity of the set.
CARDIO
We will complete two 3 minute stationary bikes during the workout. The bike serves as a warm up and a way to get the blood back to the heart. No further cardio is necessary when we are moving quickly between exercises. The heart rate will be elevated throughout the set to improve cardiovascular efficiency.
RECOVERY
Due to only two workouts per week, you will use the rest of the time to recover from your workouts and enjoy the life you have. Recovery includes sleeping well, controlling caloric intake, hydrating, and enjoying your life.
STRETCHING
Your workout will conclude with a stretch session in which you will be able to relax and begin to recover from your workout. I will put you through a series of 6-8 stretches that will get your heart rate back to resting and make you feel great on your way out the door.
SIMPLICITY
My job as your personal trainer is to keep things simple so you can focus on consistently showing up. Over the years, I have eliminated the fluff and the inessential. We will focus on the things that matter most and will get you the results you're looking for. Just show up!
